Johnson & Wales Chef Visits Culinary Arts Classes

Chef Rosen encouraged students to consider a career in the culinary or hospitality industries specifically through Johnson & Wales University. He explained the application process, structure of JWU programs, coursework, and majors offered. As part of his presentation on JWU, Chef Rosen demonstrated how to make fried pickle eggrolls with an aioli sauce.
