We are thrilled to announce our 2023 Spring Event will take place at Pascack Hills HS on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at 7pm. The program is entitled: “Letting Go of Perfectionism: An evening dedicated to surrendering and leaning into your fears to ultimately live a happier and more authentic life.” Our keynote speaker will be Marci Hopkins, host of “Wake up With Marci” and author of “Chaos to Clarity: Seeing the Signs and Breaking the Cycles.”
It is said that surrendering is the key to true happiness. What if you surrendered to the idea of not hating yourself, not comparing yourself to others, breaking bad habits and letting go of perfectionism? Once you begin to break the old cycles, lean into your fears, heal your inner child and peel the layers away, it is possible to live a happier and more authentic life.
Recovery expert and award-winning TV personality, Marci Hopkins will share tips on how you can do this for yourself and how you can help your children live a life without comparison and create a strong foundation from which they can grow. Out of a life filled with struggle, she found sobriety and is now living a life beyond her wildest dreams. Come let her give you the tools to do the same.
There will be a mental health resource fair from 6:00-7:00 pm preceding our keynote speaker.
It is only through learning to be the healthiest versions of ourselves that we can truly show up for our children. Through a collaborative effort, as a community, we can look towards a time when our children will all be equipped with healthy coping mechanisms that allow them to make good choices for themselves. It truly takes a village to raise a child and we are so thankful to have each and every one of you as part of ours.
