Registration (New Student)

Please read ALL the information on this page before beginning the process.

This is to be used for registering new students during the school year. ONLY a legal parent or guardian may enroll the child. Any current resident students registering for the 2026-27 school year 9th Grade entry will receive placement and registration information separately.

Please have all required documentation ready prior to completing the new student registration, and keep all documents handy as they will need to be verified by your building. The process must be at your resident school in-person. Please allow 3 business days for an email or phone call follow-up from the building Guidance secretary.


Registration

The below information is MANDATORY.

  • Name of Resident School (Click here to find your school)

  • Parent/Guardian and Emergency Contacts Information - TWO Emergency Contacts with at least one phone number listed are REQUIRED for every student in the district. *Note that each parent/guardian/emergency account MUST also have a distinct email address (an email address cannot be used for multiple contacts)

  • Parent/Guardian Identification:  A passport or valid driver's license. 

  • Proof of Residency - 4 documents needed. Your Deed or Lease must be one of these documents. Note that the first page and full signature page of Deed or Lease must be sent. **If an Affidavit is filled out, please bring the NOTARIZED filled out copy with you when meeting with the Counselor.

  • Child's Identification: A valid birth certificate or passport.

  • Child's Doctor Information

  • Child's Insurance Information

  • Child's current IEP: If applicable

Once you have gathered the above information, please make an appointment with the Guidance Office to register your student.


Mandatory Medical Health

ALL INCOMING FRESHMAN, TRANSFER STUDENTS AND ATHLETES must have a comprehensive physical and the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Eligibility Form Form needs to be completed by their Pediatrician. The completed PPE MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY form needs to be submitted electronically through Arbiter Sports/ Family ID.

Finalization of Registration

Your student's school must FINALIZE your student's registration. After you have COMPLETED your student's documents, you MAY receive an email or phone call from the school office to discuss and finalize at a later time. If you are missing documents, the Guidance secretary will discuss with you. Please allow 3 business days for an email or phone call from your building secretary.

Please note: Your child's registration will not be completed until ALL the residency documentation and other required forms have been submitted and approved, and you have received an email or phone call from the school office notifying you of registration finalization.
